My name is Mike Milovick. I focus on selling student housing and multi-residential properties around Wilfrid Laurier University and the University of Waterloo. Personally, I provide superior, top notch, customer service that is simply unequalled by other individuals or teams. I take my delivery of customer service very seriously and have an independent, third party, track my index. My depth and breadth of market knowledge enables me to promote my seller clients' investment properties to their fullest. I also strive to ensure my buyer clients are successful in their landlording endeavours. This combination approach has enabled me to become the source for income property in Waterloo. Presently, I am working on finishing my Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and am a proud member of Ontario's Real Estate Association's Commercial Council.
Many real estate professionals sell a student property here and there. Conversely, I have been involved in student housing, in some way, since 1989. Initially, I lived in student housing as a student while attending Wilfrid Laurier University. After graduation, I formed a student property management company with the goal of one day being able to buy my own properties. I then proceeded to buy and develop my own student investment properties. For those that care to listen, I am quite proud to be student landlord today!
I am also the Vice President of the Waterloo Region Apartment Managers Association (WRAMA) and advocate on behalf of our student landlord members in this capacity. In short, student housing is my passion! I have personal experience owning and managing student and residential rental properties in the Waterloo region serving both universities since 2003. I'm a graduate of the University of Waterloo's BMath co-op program and graduated with honours in 1998 under the Computer Science, Information Systems option. From graduation until April 2006, I worked at Research In Motion Limited holding positions from sales to project management and over this time have lived in the region and come to love the area.
